Reverend Dr. Tony F. Drayton is the son of Charles and
Lottie Drayton of Indiantown, Florida. He is the husband of Audrita G. Drayton.
He is the father of two daughters and currently has one grandchild. He is the
oldest of four siblings.
He has earned a degree of Doctor of Ministry in
Transformation Leadership at the prestigious Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity
School Rochester, New York He Graduated from the Florida Center of Theological
Studies (Miami), formally New York Seminary Graduate of The Association of
Clinical Pastoral Education Internship under the college of Pastoral Supervision
and Psychotherapy Certification in Conflict Resolution & Mediation at
Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton He earned a degree in psychology from
Pfeiffer University in North Carolina. He is a graduate of Martin County High
School.
Reverend Dr. Tony F. Drayton is the Second Pastor of St.
James Missionary Baptist Church in Riviera Beach, Florida. For 14 years now he
has been the President of the Ministers' and Deacons' Union. For the Northern
Division, Reverend Drayton has been the Bible Expositor for the Ministers' and
Deacons' Union and 2nd Vice-President of the District Congress of Education. He
was the National Guest Lecturer of District Congress of Christian Education for
the FECBA as well as their Dean of Congress Number 5. He was the Course
Assistant of Clinical Pastoral Education at Good Samaritan Medical Center for
the Progressive Baptist Association. Reverend Drayton is the Founding Secretary
of HIV/AIDS Pastoral Care Network of Palm Beach County ETA PHI BETA Sorority,
Inc. Delta Chapter. Reverend Dr. Tony F. Drayton is the recipient of the
Community Service Award Imperial Men's Club/Ladies Club of Palm Beach County,
the Community Service Award WPOM Radio Station and the Community Service
Award Community Involvement: Riviera Beach Housing
Authority. Reverend Drayton is a Chairperson for the Urban League of Palm Beach
County. He is a member of the Riviera Beach Library Board, Pastoral Care Board
of Good Samaritan and St. Mary's Hospital One Church, One Child Weed & Seed
Board, the Police Advisory Board, the Comprehensive AIDS Program (CAP) Board and
the Florida East Coast Baptist Association.
